Washington County was formed in 1814 and named for President George Washington. The rolling hills of Washington County are devoted largely to agriculture. Washington County is using the Low Associates Escrow Pay System to assist with the collection of Escrow Payments. Fully integrated, the Low System will create visibility between Escrow payers that stops duplicate payments and refunds.
